These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SALO Partner App, operated by SALO Technologies LLP (“SALO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering and using the SALO Partner App, salon partners agree to comply with these terms.

1. About the SALO Partner App

  • The SALO Partner App is a platform designed for salon and beauty service providers to manage bookings, services, pricing, and customer interactions.
  • SALO connects salon partners with customers who wish to discover and book salon services through the SALO ecosystem.

2. Partner Registration

  • Provide accurate business and personal information.
  • Maintain updated salon details.
  • Use valid contact information.
  • Comply with local business laws and regulations.
  • SALO reserves the right to verify partner details before activating accounts.

3. Services and Pricing

  • Salon partners are responsible for:
  • Adding accurate service information
  • Maintaining correct pricing
  • Ensuring availability of listed services
  • Delivering services as described in the app
  • Partners must honor bookings made through the SALO platform.

4. Booking Management

  • Accept and manage bookings received through the platform.
  • Provide services at scheduled appointment time.
  • Notify customers in case of unexpected delays.
  • Avoid unnecessary booking cancellations.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in temporary suspension.

5. Payments and Commission

  • SALO may charge a commission or service fee.
  • Commission structure may vary based on platform policies.
  • Payments processed according to payout schedule.
  • Accurate bank account details must be provided for payment transfer.

6. Partner Responsibilities

  • Partners using the SALO Partner App agree to:
  • Provide quality services to customers
  • Maintain hygiene and professional standards
  • Treat customers respectfully
  • Follow applicable health and safety regulations
  • Partners are solely responsible for the services delivered at their salon.

7. Customer Reviews and Ratings

  • Customers may leave reviews and ratings after receiving services.
  • Partners acknowledge that:
  • Reviews are part of platform transparency
  • SALO does not control customer feedback
  • Consistently poor ratings may affect platform visibility

8. Platform Usage

  • Partners must not:
  • Misuse the SALO platform
  • Provide misleading business information
  • Attempt to manipulate bookings or reviews
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • SALO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

  • SALO may suspend or terminate partner accounts if:
  • Terms and conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent activities are detected
  • Repeated customer complaints occur
  • Partner services damage the platform’s reputation

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SALO acts as a technology platform connecting customers and salon partners.
  • SALO is not responsible for:
  • Service quality delivered by salon partners
  • Disputes between customers and salons
  • Losses resulting from partner business operations
  • Salon partners are solely responsible for services provided.

11. Changes to Terms

  • SALO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be communicated through the SALO Partner App or official communication channels.
  • Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the SALO platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
